Our local pickup option is quick, easy, and designed to fit your schedule.

Pickup Location
Local pickup is available from our secure locker location.
Full pickup details and access instructions will be sent to you once your order is ready.

Processing Time
Local pickup orders are typically ready within approximately 2 hours. Please note this timeframe may vary, as preparation is completed in between client appointments.
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is packed and ready for collection.

Please wait until you receive this notification before arriving.

Pickup Hours
Our locker is accessible daily from 6:00am – 9:00pm, giving you the flexibility to collect your order at a time that suits you.

How It Works

• Select Local Pickup at checkout

• Wait for your “Ready for Pickup” email

• Use the provided instructions to access the locker

• Collect your order at your convenience within the access hours

Collection Timeframe
We kindly ask that all orders are collected within 5 days of receiving your pickup notification.

If you need more time, please contact us — we’re happy to help where we can.

Missed Pickup
Orders not collected within the timeframe may be returned to stock.
