We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all lash supply products are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your request, please provide:

After reviewing the claim, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
