We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post.

Tracking Your Order

Delays, Lost or Missing Parcels
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, delays can occasionally happen with Australia Post.
Tech Tribe Beauty is not liable for shipping delays once your parcel has been dispatched. However, if your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out we’re happy to help lodge an enquiry and assist where we can.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
